TEXAS STYLE DEVILED "EGGS" (STUFFED PEPPERS)
DEVILED EGGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large can whole pickled jalapenos (drained reserving some liquid)
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 5-6 oz can tuna in water (drained)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder
  • Cajun seasonings
  • paprika
DEVILED EGGS RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Drain peppers reserving a couple of tablespoons of liquid. Slice peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and stems and let dry on paper towel.
In a bowl mash the drained tuna, cream cheese, reserved liquid from peppers, garlic powder, couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasonings.
Spoon tuna/cheese mixture into sliced jalapeno peppers.
Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!

DEVILED EGGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. scallions, minced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro (optional)
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
DEVILED EGGS RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Slice each egg in half crosswise. Scrape out yolks saving contents in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard and blend together. Add remaining ingredients to combine.

Spoon approximately 1 tbsp. of the yolk mixture into each egg half. Sprinkle lightly with chili powder and paprika. Garnish with a sprig of parsley...enjoy the deviled eggs !

SHRIMP FILLED DEVILED EGGS

Deviled Eggs Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 teaspoon French's mustard
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 medium cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
Deviled Eggs Recipe INSTRUCTIONS :
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork.
Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard, Tabasco, garlic powder and salt; taste and adjust seasonings.
Stir in shrimp and minced green onions. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, forming a slightly rounded top, or pipe through a decorative pastry bag or cookie shooter.
Arrange on a serving dish.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
Garnish with paprika and chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired...and the deviled eggs recipe is ready to serve and yield 12 deviled eggs...enjoy it !
